An event every week that begins at 5:00pm on Monday, repeating until May 29, 2017
This six-week yoga series is created specifically for teens to build confidence, learn life-long tools to stay calm under pressure and meet life’s challenges with confidence and grace.
Each week we will practice fundamental yoga poses to build strength, balance and flexibility and learn breathing and mindfulness techniques to soothe the mind and connect to the present moment. Classes will end with optional time for journaling on self-reflection and gratitude.
No yoga experience required!
