Drop and give me 20! Bootcamp is an ALL LEVELS class that incorporates cardiovascular work, muscle conditioning, and other athletic drills in stations around the studio. This circuit-training class will push you to your limits! Be prepared to use various types of resistance equipment, including weights, bands, body weight to increase the intensity and fun of your workout! As you maneuver your way through each station, you’ll lunge, crunch, squat, and more for a full body workout.
