ALL LEVELS-Come join, breath and relax! All levels welcome!
During these classes, classic yoga poses will be practiced with an emphasis on alignment and options for modifications. This class is appropriate for people new to yoga as well as folks who have been practicing for some time. Like all yoga classes offered here, this class is tailored to the folks who are there. Everyday our bodies are slightly different, so be willing to show up for class and meet yourself where ever you are that day. If you’ve been practicing for some time and want to take it up a notch, you can feel free to deepen your practice in this class. Conversely, if you’re brand new to yoga, you’re welcome in this class to learn the basics of the practice. Most important is that you listen to your body and take the time to deepen your connection to self.
