Power Classes are intense!

Think Flow, but add heat, arm balances, backbends and inversions. These classes focus on core and upper body strength. Power is perfect for intermediate students who are ready to work and play hard. While this class is challenging, beginner’s who are in good shape and ready to take their practice to the next level can jump right in and should pick up the routine quickly. Moderate to Advanced practice. 75-80 Minutes
