FLOW-Classes are fun and challenging!
In these Vinyasa classes we link poses with breath to create a moving meditation. We will refine basic poses and introduce intermediate poses. Paying equal attention to posture and transition, we build an awareness of the energetic and structural benefits of asana. It has a quicker pace and is great for those who like to move.
