Get Grounded and Fly

Balance is a work in progress. It requires a quieting of the mind, and a conscious effort to move from a place of steadiness. In this two hour workshop, we will work from the ground up. We will send our roots deep, get quiet, and from that place we will play with some arm balancing poses to find the lightness and freedom that can come from that steadiness. We will work in stages, so there will be something for every body!

About the Presenter:
Victoria Ladd is a mama of two sweet children, and has been teaching vinyasa and prenatal yoga for nearly 10 years. She also empowers people by teaching them about how to find balance and wellness by using Essential Oils. She leads a nationwide team of strong women and men who do the same. It is an absolute joy to help people change their own lives by introducing these gifts of the earth, and thus clearing out the toxins from their homes, and replacing them with the power of plants.
