This one of kind program is the ultimate total body workout!! Discover all inclusive fitness in this 35-40 minute high energy aerobics fusion class. Aerobics, plyo, isometrics, strength training-Bringing you a serious workout you can’t get just anywhere! Based on Jillian Michael’s BodyShred program, this class will have you sweating!!! Burning between 500-900 calories each class! Thursdays class will focus more on Lower body and Abs.

(All Levels-this class is not for those with major joint issues or with any heart conditions. Beginners, please make sure you have been physically active consistently for at least 2 months.)
Whether you are a guy looking to get into better shape or a new way to challenge yourself, this is the right class for you! Geared at guys who want to skip the gym and or want to add something new to their routine. This class will help build muscular strength, muscular and cardiovascular endurance, and trim your midsection in a comfortable, non-judgmental environment. (Moderate Class)
Please note: Classes that run for 5 Weeks only, need a minimum of 3 people signed up for the class to run. There are limited spaces available for each of those classes, pre-registration highly recommended!
Full Body Blast – Saturdays only
An intense strength training circuit class consisting of cardio, free weight, body weight and resistance training exercises! With a different circuit and exercise sequence each class, you are guaranteed a great workout! Come see what all the sweat is about! (All levels–Beginners welcomed and encouraged!)

Bootcamp is an ALL LEVELS class that incorporates cardiovascular work, muscle conditioning, and other athletic drills in stations around the studio. This circuit-training class will push you to your limits! Be prepared to use various types of resistance equipment, including weights, bands, body weight to increase the intensity and fun of your workout! As you maneuver your way through each station, you’ll lunge, crunch, squat, and more for a full body workout.
Total Barre is a dynamic combination of dance, Pilates, yoga, strength training, and cardio that provides a total body workout in just 50 minutes. Each session is broken down into 11 songs, all of which have choreography targeting different muscle groups. You will spend 40 minutes at the ballet barre (or in this case, barre-height chairs) and 10 minutes on your yoga mat working your core and flexibility. In addition to toning muscles and burning fat, Total Barre encourages an increase in coordination and range of motion.
Total Barre is for all body types and fitness levels as modifications can be made to make every routine more or less difficult. No need for sneakers, just bring a water bottle, yoga mat and positive attitude!
